This policy explains how MAHUGNON SERVICES LTD (“we”, “our”) processes your data when using the mobile application Puzzix. It complies with the UK GDPR (Data Protection Act 2018) and EU GDPR.

Technical and usage data (required for operation):

• Anonymous local identifier (generated on device)
• Level progression (completed levels, time, moves)
• Activity timestamps for inactivity reminders
• Push notification token (if allowed)
• Device/OS technical data (limited logging)

What we do NOT collect:

• No personally identifying data (name, email, phone)
• No precise location data
• No third-party ad tracking within the app

3. Purposes & Legal Bases

• Provide game features
• Save progression
• Send reminder notifications (consent)
• Measure usage in aggregate to improve app
• Security and fraud prevention

4. Cookies & Trackers

Puzzix does not use cookies within the app. Third-party services (e.g., Firebase Cloud Messaging) use their own identifiers to deliver notifications.

5. Sharing with Third Parties

• Supabase – data hosting
• Firebase Cloud Messaging – push notifications
• Google Apps Script – technical events

These providers act under our instructions. No data is sold.

6. Retention Periods

• Progression & activity: retained while app is used
• Notification tokens: removed on uninstall
• Technical logs: short retention for diagnostics

7. Transfers outside the UK/EU

Some providers may operate outside the UK/EU. Appropriate safeguards are applied (standard contractual clauses, technical and organizational measures).

8. Your Rights

Under the UK GDPR/PECR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability where applicable.

9. Security

We apply reasonable measures (encryption, access control, server-side keys). No system is completely invulnerable.

10. Minors

Puzzix is intended for a broad family audience. Data processed is technical and non-identifying. Parents can disable notifications on the device.

11. Information We Collect

We do not collect personal data (name, email, phone, precise location). Some data may be automatically collected by third-party services:

a. Google AdMob (ads)

• serve relevant ads
• measure ad performance
• limit repeated impressions

b. Usage and Diagnostics Data

We may automatically receive anonymous technical information (crashes, errors, performance) to improve stability and user experience.

c. Information Sharing

We do not share personal data. Any shared data is anonymous and aggregated through AdMob / Google Play Services.

d. Data Security

All transmitted data is encrypted via HTTPS. No sensitive data (passwords, photos, precise location) is collected or stored.

e. Advertising

Ads displayed come from Google AdMob, a Google Play certified network, compliant with family policies and free of inappropriate content.

f. User Rights

Because Puzzix does not collect personal data directly, no deletion or access procedures are required. Any AdMob-related requests should be addressed to Google.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The new version replaces the previous one and will be published in the app.
